Custom Orders
Do you take custom requests?
Yes. Send us your idea through our Custom Orders form with any reference images, and we will follow up by email.
What can you personalize?
Add a name, monogram, slogan, date (wedding, anniversary or birthday) or photograph to wood, glass, slate, or metal.
What kinds of custom pieces do you make?
Custom sci-fi and fantasy items, personalized gifts, geeky decor and unique engravings, from quirky animals, dragons and fairies to space aliens and spaceships. We also make custom gifts for any occasion, like baby announcements, wedding decor and customized products with names, including jewelry.
Products and Care
What are your figures made of?
The Creepy Doll Collection figures are made from premium 3D-printed PLA.
Are the figures suitable for kids?
Recommended age is 8+. The figures contain small parts and are intended primarily as collectible display items.
How do I care for 3D printed figures?
PLA plastic is sensitive to excessive heat exposure and will start to soften at 131 to 149°F. Do not leave figures in a hot car or outside for a long time.
Are the slate coasters food safe?
Our Fall Themed Slate Coasters are food safe and absorb liquid well. [Confirm this applies to all coaster designs.]
Orders, Shipping and Returns
What is your return policy?
Please contact us at otherworldly.designs@yahoo.com if you would like to return an item. Restrictions apply and will be granted on a case-by-case basis. For custom work and personalization on products, all sales are final.
